| Description | We are seeking 10 proactive and enthusiastic Remote Telecaller Interns to join our team at PlanB Insurance Marketing Pvt Ltd for a 2-month internship. As a Remote Telecaller Intern, you will work from home and be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our insurance products, answer questions, and gather information. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Upon successful completion of the internship, there is a possibility of being hired for a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce our insurance products. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our insurance policies. Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs, answer their questions, and provide solutions. Maintain a database of customer information and call logs. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and policy sales. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demonstrations for interested customers. Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member. Stay updated on insurance product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data protection. Requirements: Graduates or currently pursuing a degree in any discipline. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to work independently and from home. Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is advantageous but not required. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule to accommodate business hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Stipend: Rs 2000/month Duration: This is a 2-month internship position with the possibility of being hired for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
