Monitor analytics and generate reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement 6. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive community around our brand 7. Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices to suggest new ideas and strategies Requirements: 1. Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences 3. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas 6. Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to track social media performance 7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team |
