Job Description:

This 3-month paid internship is designed for MBA Passout, running from September 2024 to November 2024. This will be a field sales and marketing role. We intend to select students with the right attitude. Post getting a trainee sales officer job will continued to works next 4 to 5 years together with selected candidates help them grow to managerial level.

Students will not have to pay any fees for this program.
Selection Process:
First Step: Online test, 7 -8 small projects 3-4 hour each and interview (The entire process will finish in 7-10 days)
Training: Selected students will be given Training for 8 working days Field work and online virtual sessions by industry leaders. To help them prepare for the internship
Internship Offer: After successfully completing the first 7 to 8 days training, qualified students will be offered the internship. During internship ongoing virtual sessions will be conducted by industry leaders on Saturday evening and Sunday Morning
Full-Time Offer: After successful completion of the 3-month internship, qualified candidates who meet the objectives and deliverables of the project will be offered a full-time role.

Compensation:

Stipend: ₹10,000/- per month during the 3-month internship.
Post-Internship Offer: Based on performance, interns will replaced as Sales Officer. Trainee starting from Dec 2024 with a fixed package of ₹3,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum and a variable component of ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,00,000.

Note*

Training: Undergo comprehensive training during the first 8 days (unpaid) and receive
Continuous virtual sessions by industry leaders during the training period.
Students will not have to pay any fees for this program.
Field Work: Work in the field from Monday to Saturday, applying learned sales techniques and strategies.
Target Achievement: Meet set objectives and targets throughout the internship.
