Responsibilities:

1.Administrative Support:
- Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining an updated calendar.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

2.Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, including board meetings, staff meetings, and external stakeholder meetings.
- Record minutes of meetings, distribute to relevant parties, and ensure follow-up on action items.

3.Project Assistance:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various projects and initiatives.
- Support the Director in preparing project proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

4.Communication Management:
- Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
- Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required.

5.Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and conferences, including logistical arrangements, participant coordination, and material preparation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Director and other team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

6.Data Management:
- Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

7.General Support:
