| Description | 1. Lead and inspire in an innovative educational environment. 2. Act as a catalyst for the astonishing growth and development of children. 3. Collaborate with our content team to research and design engaging and effective lesson plans. 4. Write detailed feedback after each class session to monitor progress and areas for enhancement. 5. Manage classroom setups and oversee event logistics to ensure the smooth operation of our educational programs. 6. Coordinate with our social media team to effectively promote our educational activities and successes. 7. Facilitate interactive and educational classes on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). 8. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 9. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Child Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferable. 10. Experience in working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is highly desirable. 11. Proven research skills and the ability to develop innovative educational content. 12. Emotional intelligence to connect with and understand the needs of students. 13.
