| Description | We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Design Ownership: Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements. Develop and present UI/UX concepts that align with project goals and user needs. Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the frontend development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Review the implemented designs on testing environments and identify any discrepancies. Provide clear feedback and collaborate with developers to resolve design issues and ensure pixel-perfect execution. Design Implementation and Testing: Ensure all designs receive approval from the team lead before implementation. Conduct thorough testing of designs in staging environments to confirm design accuracy. Offer detailed feedback to the frontend team for any required revisions. Frontend Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of frontend technologies to effectively communicate with developers. Ensure that designs are feasible and adaptable across various devices and platforms. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs to enhance the user experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices. Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
