| Description | Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a Sales Intern to assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of sales documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Pre-sales team to ensure that all necessary documentation, including proposals, invoices, contracts, and other materials, are accurately prepared and stored. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documentation, including but not limited to sales proposals, invoices, contracts, letters and other necessary documentation. • Collaborate with the sales team to gather essential information for the creation of documentation. • Support projects and initiatives related to sales documentation, as assigned by management team. • Maintain a tracking sheet for all documentation, ensuring that records are up-to-date and readily available for reference. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales documentation, and propose improvements or adjustments to existing processes accordingly. • Establish and maintain organized files for each project, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly archived and easily accessible. Qualifications • Should have bachelor's degree and be enrolled in a master’s program. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications and a solid understanding of Management Information Systems. • Detail-oriented and a quick learner with a willingness to take initiative. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Positive attitude and a passion for sales. |
