Description Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Help with reference checks and background verifications.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets, setting up workstations, and conducting orientation sessions.
Assist with the offboarding process, including exit interviews and the collection of company property.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and ensure all documentation is filed correctly. Assist with data entry and updating HR databases and systems.

HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related reports and presentations. Employee Relations: Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns. Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

Training and Development: Assist with the coordination of training sessions and workshops. Help track and maintain training records and attendance.

Compliance and Policy Implementation: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed. Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management: Help with the administration of performance review processes. Assist in collecting and compiling performance data.

Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

Project Support: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of new HR programs and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
