Responsibilities: Create Illustrations for Children's Books: Develop charming and age-appropriate illustrations that complement and enhance the narrative of children's books. Collaborate with authors and editors to ensure illustrations align with the story's themes and characters. Maintain a consistent visual style throughout book series. Design Book Covers and Interior Pages: Design visually striking book covers that are marketable and reflective of the book's content. Create cohesive interior page layouts, including typography and graphical elements, to ensure a polished final product. Prepare print-ready files and work with the publishing team on production details. Create T-Shirt Designs and Mockups for Print-on-Demand Products: Design trendy and unique graphics for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. Generate mockups for print-on-demand platforms to showcase designs to customers. Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to create relevant and appealing designs. Create Cliparts and Other Digital Assets: Design a variety of clipart images and digital assets for use in various digital and print projects. Ensure assets are versatile, high-quality, and adaptable for multiple applications, including educational materials, presentations, and crafts. Create YouTube Thumbnails and Website Graphics: Design attention-grabbing YouTube thumbnails that enhance video content and increase viewer engagement. Create engaging graphics for website blog posts, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and style. Develop banners, infographics, and other digital graphics for web and social media use. Design Marketing Materials and Brand Assets: Develop creative visuals for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials. Design brand assets such as logos, icons, and style guides to ensure consistency across all media. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce designs that effectively communicate brand messages and appeal to target audiences. Create Motion Graphics and Animation: Develop simple motion graphics and animations for digital content, including social media, YouTube intros, and website elements. Work closely with video editors to integrate motion graphics into video projects. Optional Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, or in a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including illustrations, cover designs, apparel graphics, digital content, and marketing materials.
