Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and designing curriculum content for various subjects, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
3. Conduct research on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum standards to inform content development.
4. Create detailed lesson plans, activities, and assessments for online courses.
5. Review and update existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
6. Work closely with the instructional design team to integrate multimedia elements into the curriculum.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for curriculum enhancement.
8. Assist in the creation of teacher guides and student resources.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in any field, but Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field will be preferable .
2. Strong passion for education and a commitment to improving student learning experiences.
3. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
4. Excellent Communication skill in English ( Written & Verbal both )
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to create structured and comprehensive curriculum materials.
6. Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital educational tools is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
