| Description | Role: Founder’s Office Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Duration: 3 months Stipend: ₹ 5,000-10,000 /month About CallPrep CallPrep, founded by a team of passionate BITS Pilani and IIT Kanpur alumni, is on a mission to revolutionize B2B sales preparation. B2B Sales data is cluttered in multiple locations, which makes it difficult for a salesperson to gather data and prepare well before meetings. Additionally, sales reps forget 80% of their training in 6 months & managers have to continuously train their sales reps on new product updates & recent company news. That’s why we came up with CallPrep - which automatically gathers buyer insights from multiple data sources. CallPrep then creates one pager insights and delivers them within the sales rep workflow. We highlight external insights like buyer intent, decision makers in calls, industry highlights as well as relevant internal material like similar success stories, internal updates etc. Currently, CallPrep is actively piloting its platform with a select group of 3-5 customers, representing diverse industries and business sizes. Founders: Bhavesh Kotwani (CS Graduate 2023, BITS Pilani) Nikhil Mehta (CS Graduate 2023, IIT Kanpur) About the role Join our team as a Founder's Office intern at CallPrep! As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the founder in a fast-paced startup environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Sales: Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities. Sales: Assist in sales efforts by creating advanced Excel spreadsheets, utilizing APIs for data analysis, and conducting business research. Product: Perform prompt engineering to work on and improve our AI generated insights. Design: Utilize Canva and other creative tools to develop engaging marketing materials and content for our target audience. Content Writing: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. English (Written): Utilize your strong English proficiency in written communication to craft compelling messaging and creative writing for various platforms. Work closely with the founder to support daily operations and special projects as needed.
